After a wild and woolly night at the western most edge of Australia, Steep Point, we head off east and explore. We find Wooleen Station, with its abandoned shearer’s kitchen and shearer’s quarters in the middle of nowhere and have a good poke around.
We make the final preparations for the four wheel drive ute which will take us safety across Australia from the most western point at Steep Point to the most eastern point at Byron Bay, some 6500 kms away.
In this episode, we make it to Steep Point, the start of this epic journey across four deserts and many deserted outback roads..

With the Australian motorbike tours now behind us, it’s time to embark on a new adventure to earn money so we can afford to cruise.
We have been busily setting up the website for a new four wheel drive tag along business and now it’s time to make a start on organising the four wheel drive vehicle which will lead the way on a four month loop around Australia next year.
We leave Finke and the 2018 Finke Desert Race behind us and head towards Yulara and Ayres Rock. After bike repairs and a day’s rest we continue the adventure through the deserts.
Then, it’s all over. This is the last of our motorbike adventure tours.
We hope you enjoy following along with us.
After delivery the Wicked Van safely back to London, we fly back to Australia for the last few motorcycle tours before our motorcycle adventure tour business is sold.
